Bradley Commons is a collaborative effort between Anthony O. Lucera and Connecticut Realty Investment Group LLC, comprised of Glenn Tatangelo – manager, Danielle Tatangelo & Greg Pepin. Anthony and Glenn have worked on many projects together, including most recently The Reserve, a 2,300 unit residential community in Danbury, CT

ANTHONY O. LUCERA has been involved in over 55 developments throughout Connecticut and New York. His resume is vast and includes projects for common interest communities, planned unit developments, adaptive reuse developments, and rental developments. Within these communities, he has played the role of developer, general contractor, partner, owner and consultant. Some of his condominium projects include Avalon at Mountain Terrace in Danbury and Waterfront at Fishkill in Fishkill, NY. Recent luxury home developments include the Summer Pasture and Whispering Oaks Estates, both located in Brookfield, Connecticut.

GLENN TATANGELO is an award winning developer whose work has been featured in national publications. Fairfield County Home Builders Association has recognized him numerous times to include: Builder of the Year, Best Custom Home Builder, Best Attached Multi-Family Developer and the creator of the Best Small Development in Fairfield County. He serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity and the National Association of Home Builders. Completed projects include Tashua Tree Farm and Governor’s Ridge, both located in Trumbull, as well as Crystal Bay Condominiums and Marina in Danbury. He is currently developing Rincon Ocean Villa, a luxury, waterfront condo-hotel resort located in Rincon, Puerto Rico.
